Maryland Neighborhood Guide

Potomac

Potomac, Maryland, is a suburban community located about 14 miles northwest of Washington, D.C. Unlike many neighborhoods just outside of the Beltway, Potomac does not include an even mixture of residential and commercial properties. Instead, the Potomac neighborhood is devoted to large houses with expansive lawns, making the neighborhood even more quiet and relaxing for its residents, especially those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Washington D.C.
